I think Apple's success over the next decade will mostly come from it's legal team. If you don't have any more ideas, just spend bucket loads to out lawyer the competition.

Well, in my experience, when "those who believe" (not all, but quite a few) are presented with factual scientific data, they just convince themselves that it's a lie and you are an agent of "whatever devil" trying to test their faith.

You can get a uniform look and feel across most browsers, I agree, but it takes more effort than other standards (Like Flash or Java) which compatible without really putting in any extra effort or code. Also, if you can't get it to look right in IE, you're screwed, since it still counts for ~45% of all PC web traffic.
