HTML5 web apps are slow and clunky on iDevices, but on others they aren't that bad.

I agree, the charger/packaging/a couple icons are similar, but that charger wasn't made by Apple, it's an off the shelf 110-220/USB charger that's been around for a while. BB has had a similar one for years.
