Because on the iPad, you can't go to the college humor website, cause it doesn't support flash.

Ipad, Iphone interface.. Icons on a grid. Yup, you're right, I've been using that kind of interface since Windows 3.1.

Totally agree on every point and great point about fragmentation.

Well, I think you're forgetting one major thing. I don't need a Facebook app when I can just go to Facebook itself.

Well, I use some fairly old stuff and I've never run into any major problems. I used to use Mastertracks on a G4 way back when and that was an exercise in hair pulling. So I guess our experiences are reverse.

Not really, the product is a POS anyway, I just can't understand why you would want to limit your possible sales to only 9% of all PC users.

Maybe you should have read the rest. Where in that comment did I say I hate apple?

You are absolutely correct. However, Apple wants to push their iCloud and giving you more storage (or even an SD slot) would stall some of that.

That's exactly what I thought they were going to do with the original ipad. A MBA with no KB and a touch screen. Man was I disappointed.

"the best possible tablet you can buy,... It retained the crown with an incremental performance bump."

Haven't had any of those problems since XP. I run Guitar rig on a win 7 laptop with all kinds of USB accessories attached and it's been smooth sailing at every step.

Oh and the Alphasphere is Mac only.. so IMO that's a big fail right there. I mean why cut out 75%+ of computer users?

I'd just like to point out that two out of the four aren't instruments, but none the less still very cool.

What a horrible comparison video..

Ya.. umm thnx but no thx.

Too bad the human body doesn't digest the husks.

I somewhat agree, but one major issue is that the current tax system is disproportionate. Where the lower brackets are paying more so the upper brackets don't need to pay anything (or close to it) at all. Look at the GOP's current plan for Social security.. cut it and give the money (in more tax cuts) to the top tier.

Well, that's not entirely true. taxes can be raised in brackets and since (in the US) the top brackets and companies often pay (as a percentage) much less than the lower class, you'd only have to raise the top brackets by a few points to make some significant gains. I mean some large companies in the US pay %0 cause

Sorry, missed that.

Well, you're making the mistake of thinking the private guy is better. Let me ask you this, if you had to do renovations on your house and you the choice of 2 contractors 1- Really loves what he does 2- is in it for the money.
