I haven't run into any glitches in PES yet, but I have been playing more FIFA this year and I made two substitutions late in the game and they were never subbed on. Instead two players sat on each others laps in the middle of the field and the two subs were playing in their warm-up bibs.

I was actually watching this fight and Tapia looked great in the first round. After that he started taking some punishment and looked bad from the 3rd round on. The doctor came in after the 4th round and even though Tapia looked out of it they allowed it to continue.
