It’s 14.99 a month and not only on phones but also iPads, Apple TVs or a Web browser(which can be accessed by a media device/mini PC, or a full blown PC connected to your TV or projector, laptops, Mac mini, the options are endless)…

You can also watch it on an iPad, AppleTV, or any computer (including PCs) with a web browser. But yes - they have made it an Apple exclusive, so until they free that walled garden, I won’t be partaking either.
