And that's a necessary part of having a presidency in this form. I doubt, however, it'd be millions. They're guarding the kids. Not putting them on the moon.

Okay, where's the "like" button?

"You can stream all three seasons of The IT Crowd"

When a delivery person drives through really bad weather to bring my food, I usually toss in a little more. That can be gruelling.

The article only has as many spoilers in it as the trailer reveals. It's not IO9 spilling the beans.

Those are Gallifreyan emoticons.

If you're looking at picture of kids all day and you hate kids then I'm sorry to tell you this: The problem is you, not them.

You make excellent points and they're all worth considering but you missed one small and very specific detail: I'm arguing the word "consensus". I'm not saying you're wrong. I'm really not. I'm saying that not everyone believes this stuff. You're trying to counter the wrong part of the argument.

Hey, there's a lot of leeway to argue who buys the phone... why they buy it... if they'll continue to buy it... even if it's *wrong* to buy it. But "consensus" that the iPhone is so undesirable? No way.

You're taking too simplistic and, if you'll forgive me for saying so, "fundamentalist" approach ot the comment. As I said: The point is to establish *why* he said what he did.

Two thoughts: They killed off Spock at the end of Wrath of Khan, which was the second instalment in the original Star Trek movie series. Who knows what they'll decide to do in this second instalment? (but I hope they don't kill him)

The same old argument. "If you don't hate Apple, it means you're a fanboy." Reach higher and we both might get a chance to learn something.

And that's just it, isn't it? It's not a matter of saying "This claim is wrong, so all people who use the same label are wrong and all people who oppose it are right." Scientifically and logically, we deduce "The people who say these things believe them in this way. Seeing as we know there is no consensus among

Funny because you sound *exactly* like the kind of religionists I don't enjoy talking to. "There's no keeping an open mind about evolution" is something I've heard a few times.

Or maybe his years of studying it either convinced him there should be a redefinition of the word or perhaps the area of study is different than everyone thinks. I wouldn't call him stupid until I knew *why* he said there's no macroevolution.

Except I didn't say that, did I? I said "Not all Creationists think this way, so keep an open mind." And yes, for that reason, you should.

"iOS is boring. It's unconnected. It isn't flexible. It's slow. That's generally the consensus."

As a (non-Creationist) man who cares very deeply for science and logic, I'd just like to remind everyone that there isn't consensus among Creationists, and any one of them (regardless of how insane) may speak out loud about things without any sort of sanction or conversation among their community beforehand. You may have a fondness for the 60's era Joker, which is totally cool (we all have our favorites). Ledger's portrayal was nothing like that, of course, but it was dead on with the Joker as he's now known. Perhaps even an improvement upon it. Complete lack of fear, guilt, no interest in money or power, and a psychotic
