I get what you mean, skinny legs are not attractive. Most men have proportionately thin legs, this is why football players (maybe soccer to you) are interesting...their legs are not too skinny.

It looks like on the one hand she does say nobody did wrong, but when she says other people tell hey they wouldn't be cool with what happened it does mean someone did something wrong. So it may more be a case of her not caring about him anymore.
