iPhone went great. iPad sat at "Waiting for iPad" for like, five minutes, so I got impatient and unplugged it. That booted me to recovery mode, so I had to do a restore. :(

Yeah, this I know. I just always end up having to restore anyway, cuz the update chokes or something. Trying it now. Just backed up my iPad 2 and iPhone 4s. Fingers crossed!
