They're pretty neat little cars, the thing I hate most is the exhaust sound... it is just godawful IMO.

Audi 200 20v avant... only about 150 imported for 1 model year, 1991. 200 and 5000 wagons aren't especially rare but they are pretty much all slab-sided 10v cars with CIS mechanical injection. The last year of the 200 got the 20v engine and some nice flares to fit wider rubber and make the bigger girl a lil' sexier.

Oh you mean that engine that Mazda doesn't make anymore? Not picking sides here, I don't care for either brand all that much. I prefer over built German shitboxes. I can find a reason to hate every brand, but there is something to be said about cars that don't flinch when you put double stock power through the

People that like removing engines to do head gaskets every 60-80k miles... Will still buy a Subaru.

should have been a VW commercial... Mexican car with German "face".

I told the travel agent responsible for planning our honeymoon in May that I require a scirocco as a rental for the 2 days we require one while in Italy... she better make it happen.

Any Vag 5 cylinder, but especially the older 20vt. Smooth, powerful and some of the best sounds ever.

Acura killed the tsx wagon, mazda isn't bringing the new 6 wagon here, no more hatch wrx/STI (mini wagon) but GM still thinks there is a market for this?
I own and love wagons, but I realize that the average American is too stupid to look past the non sedan shape and appreciate the versatility of a wagon. The cheap gas

Always used unless old/rich or just dumb.

They should just have their insurance company sue the dealership and/or the person that was driving... SUE THEM ALL! This is america after all. People need to remember that and just be a total legal dick when they get their hopes and dreams shattered.

I want to know why a 2003 M3 is supposed to cost over $20k... $14,000-$18,000 is the going rate from my findings.

OK since you brought value into it... go look at the "value" of a 2003 M3 with 70k miles in excellent condition, purchased from a dealer, not private party... $14,000.

1 tank = what? 350 miles? 1 quart of oil every 350 miles isn't normal... sound slike you needed a new dealer, not a new car.

You don't pay property tax?

The fact that the VR6 gets pretty bad mileage was also a factor (20-25% worse on average than a Golf R), along with VW's long term plan to downsize displacement and go turbo in every car.

the same coverage on both cars will likely cost very similar, but I'm willing to bet the ST will be slightly higher, just because it is a 2014 model year... 11 years makes a big difference. Don't forget the ST has 200hp in a very small package... value isn't the only factor here.

The point is, the starting price is the same... $22,000... drive the E46 for 2 years and 20,000-25,000 miles and lets say it is worth $18-20,000. Drive the fiesta for 2 years and 20,000-25,000 miles and the car will be worth less than $18k.

Yeah... The 23+ year old audi 200 is still the better model to go by this name.

When turbos go, oil gets burnt, turbos usually start to go around that mileage.

Not sure how this would have been really any different with stock power?
