The issue wasnt tailgating though, the biker pulled in front of him that closely and then slowed down. If you pull in front of a car by a few feet then you deserve to be under it. Plain and simple.

I have to mildly agree with the I-90 reference in Chicago with one caveat: I-55 is MUCH worse. Why? Because no one can drive-it's like that stretch of highway was dedicated to all of the people who are looking for somewhere to break down/crash or let the car self-immolate.
