On this very night, ten years ago, on this same stretch of road, in the dense fog, just like this, I saw the worse fuel economy I ever seen. There was this sound, like a garbage truck dropped off the Empire State Building. And when they finally pulled the driver’s body from the twisted, burning, WRECK, it looked

So are ambulance services now owned by tow truck companies?

It’s the perfect country and western truck, smokes, drinks and runs around. NP.

I’m pretty sure the correct answer is “...Lambo.”.

I see what you did there.

AWD is “safer”. Yes, your car will generally have a better time accelerating from a stop. No, your car won’t necessarily stop or turn any better than a FWD or RWD car. AWD means nothing if you exceed what the laws of physics will allow.

Corporate America is built on the philosophy of squeezing every last drop of blood from every stone in sight, deserved, legal, or otherwise. Paying ‘more’ for anything is antithetical to that.

Call me selfish, but I wear the ribbed condoms inside out.

To be fair, most humans seem baffled by the existence of the turn signal and don’t understand what it does.

When I get done with this seizure I'll have a witty retort ready for you.

I want a Cactus.

Neutral: Based on what I saw at the Detroit Auto Show this year (helping a buddy shop for a new pickup), I would think that anyone who shops all 3 and is realistic about how they use their truck (i.e. suburb-dwelling types who have at the local country station as FM preset #2) would probably buy a Ram 1500, based on

You are spot on. As this is an enthusiast site, most of the users seem to deride trucks over sports cars. But back in the day most people owned a full-sized wagon or sedan and used that to haul 3 kids or tow a camper or boat. And the trunks were enormous.
