I've tried all these, but cats are interesting creatures with strong personalities. If they really want to do something, they will, despite surface or spray bottle. It can deter them for a time—giving you a moment to strategize, but don't underestimate your kitty. She's likely taken your deterrent method into

There was a nice feature in this month's Family Handyman that suggested mounting a metal strip under your desk, then putting powerful magnets on jar lids. Then you fill jars with whatever you want—paperclips, etc—put on the lids and attach them under your desk, hanging down from the metal strip.

Note: the TomTomOne 103S GPS refurb from Amazon is only $20 more after rebate—and it has Text-to-Speech. I'd get that instead of the regular 130...in fact, I did!

The ability to narrow down your search results with the filters on the side is nice...but overall would I switch from Google? Can't say I would, especially with Google's integration into everything I do. Besides, give Google a look at this and they'll incorporate the best parts into their own service if they haven't

Interesting, this EXACT same solution appears on p 31 of the April/May 2009 ReadyMade magazine. I think someone got inspired, but didn't give proper credit. :) LOL!

If you're meeting in person, dress professionally! When I was a mall store manager, I couldn't BELIEVE how many people came to interviews that weren't even dressed up to store code. Flip-flops, unkept hair, t-shirts, chewing gum like a cow, c'mon people! If someone dresses like that for an interview it makes you
