hooray! I can be lazy and enjoy slightly quicker firefox all at the same time!

what about those of us who are slightly underweight? Im the sort of person who can (and does!) eat a lot but just won't gain any pounds regardless of what the health-buffs tell me to do.

I agree with the things about computer lockdowns. While I can understand that the user is the biggest security risk, perhaps being able to at least request certain websites be unlocked (like lifehacker, for example) and let the IT department make sure its all safe.

Personally I am partial to the electronic keypad locks. They lock themselves and I don't need a key to get back in =)

@BK Beezy: The stand is great for adjusting the screen to eye-level; its really an ergonormic thing. As for the keyboard, many people simply do not like typing on laptop keyboards / trackpads.

funny story about fire alarms... IN school the other day one of my classmates noticed a ceiling-mounted sensor sitting on a table underneath its socket. When he plugged it in, the fire alarm all over the school went off. Very fun :)

Hey online classes are neat and all but I just cannot stay focused on them like I can with a real book and notes. I tried to learn Perl, and I tried the online courses but I had much better success with the text book I ordered.

I agree with what you said about editions. When my high school bought new text books, students were offered to keep the old ones. The difference between the books? Two of the chapters were switched to different positions.

Looks great. It's amazing how some simple reorganization can make a room much more enjoyable. Unfortunately my own keyboard kinda travels backward as the day progresses so I would be knocking over that plant if I was in that office...
