How odd, and apparently now I am greyed out? Did I get moderated for some reason? Is anyone going to let me know why, or does this just happen without explanation?

Uhh, I just posted something on this thread, and its not here at all now? Did my post get deleted or is there just something wrong with the website?
Also, Happy 10th Birthday to Knights of the Old Republic 8)
Uh sure, but if you were paying attention last week, you would have gotten a better deal. Maybe you only care about the price of something when it is directly in front of you, but if you are willing to watch sales, you will see the difference between a good deal and an average deal. BL2 for 10 dollars is average,…
It was on sale for $13.50 last week on GreenManGaming.com and it included the Season pass, which is like 5 DLCs as well and a savings of like $15-20. I don't expect Steam to beat that price because GMG was trying to get publicity and attention by offering the rock bottom price.
It was a vote option, but instead, people voted for Borderlands 2, which has been priced much better than the price it was listed at. But those voter deals always go to the biggest franchise, not the best sale price.
Sigh, I have to admit, I am pretty disappointed that we missed that $10 Dishonored deal. My hope is that it will eventually pop up on Steam for the same or lower price, but hell, I -could- be playing right now.
BL2+ Season pass was $13 two days ago on GreenManGaming's summer sale. 10 dollars for just the base game is an okay price, but its not a good deal compared to other recent deals.
I totally get that up until when that heroic behavior becomes a detriment, then my suspension of disbelief just goes out the window. That is when it just becomes a silly and artificial plot device, and I no longer take the behavior of the character seriously.
Yeah, as many people are pointing out, the relationship between Joker and Bat is something that requires them both to live and continue resisting the other. But I don't really care or buy into that. I am not saying Batman should be a murderer, but if you have to run over a guy and maybe break his legs and collar bone…
I never got that whole no killing thing. It seems like such an artificial plot device. I hated that in the Dark Knight movie, the whole movie goes to shit because Batman won't just run Joker over with his motorcycle. That is why I was always a Spawn guy, these criminals don't deserve merciful superheroes, they deserve…
Yup, this game running at 2560x1600 is what god intended.
Oh lord have mercy, it is so beautiful. A player was piloting a jet at the end of the trailer, in multiplayer mode. I don't have words to describe my excitement.
Yup, that Yavin station that had a vendor and small quest. It was okay and it was free, but yeah, I'd love to see old games get new content. Of course, that is just a fantasy, I realize that there is no way devs would go back to working on old, finished projects.
Thank you for being "that" person.
Yeah, DLC is definitely an evolution of the expansion pack. Where many games and studios could not afford to invest in a large ~20 hour/$40 expansion pack, they can justify making and selling smaller DLCs. I think most DLC is about ~10 dollars, and maybe 5 hours if you are lucky. I do prefer expansion packs, but I…
I would actually prefer games be on Steam than DRM free. I know that probably sounds weird, but I trust Steam with my life. I think if someone were going to shoot me, Gabe would slow-mo jump in front of the bullet for me. That is how much I think Steam values me as a customer. With that said, I don't have a problem…
Yeah, Day-1 and On-disc are both really bad elements of DLC. It is easy to understand why customers are offended by this kind of DLC, but it is also easy to understand why it is happening from the dev perspective. Devs have pretty clearly stated that Day 1 DLCs are being worked on by a separate team, on a separate…
Yeah, DLC is one of the best innovations in modern gaming. I know a lot of people still think it is a scam, but I think DLC is living up to its potential. The ability to prolong the lifespan of your favorite game is invaluable. I only wish developers and publishers would make DLC for older games, like Knights of the…
Well, I don't think Tim could have gotten funding to make an adventure game from a traditional publisher, or at least not before he launched his kickstarter. I do think the big problem arises when a small project suddenly becomes an internet sensation, raising ~5x the original amount of money needed. I think if they…
