This right here. My 78 F-150 with a 3" lift on 35" tires wasn’t as tall as new trucks in the early 00s.

What I learned in ethics class in business school is there is no such thing as bad ethics, just the ethics you can live with.

My whole town is full of used car dealerships with full lots.

The ‘Coupe’ Regal and the ‘Coupe’ Century are both 2 door versions of 4 door cars, so I don’t see the big difference other than the Century version had a lot more room in the back.  Both have very similar roof lines.

Or, pedestrians need to learn how to not walk in the road at night, typically wearing dark clothing. They can see cars long before cars see them, largely due to the 2 (or more) bright white lights on the front of cars.

JIT is a huge boon to manufacturers in that they don’t have to carry any inventory on parts, they shift that over to the suppliers; who eventually also have to shift over to JIT as they can’t afford to hold any inventory, either, on the incredibly low margins ‘offered’ by the manufacturer. Then at the slightest

I mean ND all the way, but it’s a strange place for value.  If it were a manual or a turbo it would clearly be an abomination.  However, if you must do this to a 300ZX, I’d rather it be to a 2+2 with a salvage title.  On the other hand, with looks like that, surely you wouldn’t want it to be based on the slowest Z32

I was on a flight with my mother one time. As we were landing back home, the engine started shooting flames out the back. Naturally, this attracted the attention of many of the passengers, who all turned and started looking at the engine and a general hubbub endued in the cabin. I just reached over and pull the window

Nope, I think you can reasonably expect to come across cars with values up to 2x the average price of a new car on a daily basis.  Anything more than that, and you need to assume some risk yourself, Mr. Rich.

Yes, it is fair. You chose to drive your car that may cost more than an average American will earn a decade on the street. You have to assume some of the risk, for which you can get insurance.

It not the recharging stations that are the trouble, it’s the power generation stations that are the problem.

When I was looking at buying a Expedition a few years ago (I eventually got a Navigator), one popped up on my local CL with ridiculously low miles for the year (like under 100k) at a fairly reasonable price. So I went and looked at it.

What you say is true. What I’m saying is so what? Let’s say right now you’re earning 100k a year. Take the payments and you get a check that starts at 15 million a year (before taxes) and goes up to 60 million a year for your last payment. Is having more going to make your life better? Almost assuredly not. This is

I mean, the detail that if the aftermarket part or non-manufacturer backed service causes the problem it negates the warranty if the issue is related to that repair is right in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. In other words if you put on an aftermarket oil filter found to be defective and you have an oil related

You can definitely leave the proceeds of an annuity to someone in your will, and they don’t have to be a dependent. Or it can just accumulate in your Estate and then be distributed according to your will. Just like the Estates of famous people still collects revenue and doles it out (think Elvis, Marilyn Monroe,

I don’t think people being asshole is specific to BMW drivers, use of your blinker in any car can trigger someone to block you rather than let you in.  I actually go out of my way to use the blinkers when I drive one of my BMWs.

For the 3-series, I think the triple blinky came out with the e46 LCI model. My 01 330 and my 05 X3 don’t have triple blinky, but apparently if you put the LCM from a later e46 and code it correctly you can acquire the feature.

My guess - cheaper to dismantle the bridge than to pay another shipyard to install the masts.

Me, because it would make me motion sick.

I wonder if any of these companies due studies on how overheated workers affect productivity and customer service.  I’m a lot nicer to the customers when I’m not sweating my balls off, and I work harder, too.
