well, no strippers.
well, no strippers.
I had a nice clip of my 3 year-old daughter reciting all 32 teams in the NFL and wanted to share it with family and friends. Unfortunately my wife walked through in the background coming from the shower.
Amen. Loved working in a darkroom. Loved my work shirt with fixer stains. Loved the feel of rolling film out onto steel reels. Loved making out with my asssistant photo editor while waiting for the film to develop.
Skip the audio only monitors and get a video monitor. Being able to see if they are crying out because they need something or just having a dream or whatever is priceless.
They're demonstrating the quickest way to loose weight - take a dump.
Better than they used to be! There were at one point less than 1000 left after the mass slaughters that nearly wiped out the 60 million that roamed the prairies.
Yeah, I know but the article says "buffalo."
Nit pick: Buffalo are still around and thriving. Mainly because people discovered they taste pretty good.
Agreed. I've modeled my house, office and a few other places using Sketchup. Easy and a gateway drug into bigger and better things.
Depends on the Orcas. Orcas hunt in packs and vary their predation techniques depending on the prey. They seem to pass their knowledge on to the next generation. There is a group of Ocra that regularly feed on all variety of sharks including Great Whites. They bump them and roll them over so they go catatonic. Cool…
I have soft enamel (I know, TMI) and used to get cavities all the time. I got a Sonicare toothbrush and havn't had a cavity since. It's been a decade+ since my last cavity.
Especially in the modern day of Sonicare, et al. No reason not to brush.
Cool but needs augmented reality to really make it nerdgasmic.

In the subtitle they used "cut," so pretty sure that's what he meant. But interesting bit of info nonetheless.
Agreed. I use the stock camera for quick shots. However, Camera+ can take pictures faster than Camera. I fire it up for events and such. It also makes a nice workflow; snap a crap load of shots in Camera+, review and edit later, save the keepers to the camera roll.
Minor quibble; It doesn't work with the burst function. Still, it's the best camera for iOS.
not a bad idea.
It seems to me that the foil would just get hot, just as the wall would and not really reflect any heat back. Styrofoam insulation would work better, IMHO.
I saw a home improvement show once where they made boards covered in aluminum foil to 'reflect' the heat from behind radiators back into the room. I thought it was stupid but has anyone tried it?
