This is a very interesting read. The over thinking is the thing that gets me. So uncomfortable interrupting people and despising being interupted makes it difficult participating in group talk.

If you can't afford therapy, there's always support groups. You're liable to find at least one for the issues you're having, they're usually free, and even if it's not actual therapy, just being in a room with people that are also trying to work through their shit is almost as effective.
