Um what? I don’t know where you are, but Hispanic is not a slur or even close to being a slur. In general, it can be used interchangeably with Latino even though they differ slightly.

They or the people ordering the hot pot do try and keep separate utensils for the raw meats and other utensils for cooked meats. Common sense would tell me the food they serve will most likely not be contaminated to begin with, but you know how “shit happens.”
