I don't see this as likely to get support in federal courts. Most of which are ran by Ivy grads and often legacies themselves (and SCOTUS is especially nepotistic on who they let do internships and such).

But that has NEVER been the case, and why things like affirmative action were put in place.

I mean, you’re assuming that the stress of the work leads to DV, rather than the equally likely causality wherein the qualities that make someone a domestic abuser and the qualities that make police work seem like the right career choice are the same.

We went from a Governor who poisoned an entire city of Black people, to a Governor who made securing reproductive rights one of her top priorities. Citizens got fair congressional districts on the ballot, voters approved, districts were redrawn, and Democrats won both state houses in 2022.

Thats good because Michigan is getting to be that safehaven for abortions. They have the supply to give abortions and now demand is at an all time high. They will gets some good tourism money as well. Win for Michigan
