I think they should make the Nightly Show a whole hour. It really could use some more time for the panel segment to feel really satisfying and allow enough time for Larry to do some more funny bits.

Sod live-action, give me a Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse movie or give me death!

I actually love each of them individually and as a group, but I had to

A.k.a., "Eau de Deadspin:"

But the glass partitions in taxi cabs render me invisible to the driver just so I can make out in the back, right?

Sorry to be a party pooper, but I think it's rude to have sex in the back of a cab. The driver is just trying to do his job, and you have no idea if your activities are making him uncomfortable. It's pretty dehumanizing to say "the space of the cab" enabled your threesome and go at it like the driver isn't even there.

I feel like fucking in a cab would be really, really rude. So I'm cool with it going the way of the dodo bird.

That said, don't fuck in a fucking cab, you filthy animal. No one comes to your workplace and fucks on your desk while you're trying to work.

I don't empathise with the murderer, I just don't like the state killing people. I don't wish happiness or any positive things for her.

She's an awful stalker and domestic abuser but I am glad. Can't support death penalty, just so medieval.

Part of my issues with falling asleep have been having horrific things pass through my mind, and the other night, it was about capital punishment. It is absolutely unbelievable that it's still considered legally acceptable in the US, especially considering "cruel and unusual punishment." Can't it even be argued now

I plan to if I'm ever asked. When I was in college, my social psychology professor coached all of us to ALWAYS answer yes if ever asked in jury selection whether we would administer the death penalty, true or not, because the question biases the jury so heavily. And not just for death penalty vs life in court

I've never been called up on Jury duty, but I have friends that are always precluded when asked if they trust the testimony of police officers. Prosecutors being able to select a jury is insane.

agree

That jumped out at me too. In a way, you're eliminating people who cannot decide between prison or death in any particular case because they oppose capital punishment in principle. But in another way, you're stacking the jury with people who may be equally if not more biased toward the death penalty in principle, and

Even if they do sentence him to the death penalty, it will most definitely be appealed because they didn't move the trial out of Boston.

You hate us for our freedom. Or something. /s

I wish they'd do inspections in Illinois...at least 20% of the vehicles on the road would disappear because they're not roadworthy.
