When I was in college, my social psychology professor coached all of us to ALWAYS answer yes if ever asked in jury selection whether we would administer the death penalty, true or not, because the question biases the jury so heavily. And not just for death penalty vs life in court…

I've never been called up on Jury duty, but I have friends that are always precluded when asked if they trust the testimony of police officers. Prosecutors being able to select a jury is insane.
