Recently started looking for work again and based on my experience thus far it's looking more and more like the proper job for me may not be in my home town or even country.

I'd hardly call the anecdotal evidence that people are putting up as proof that CC information has been compromised. The reality is that over 70 Million accounts could have been breached and at least a few of those people are going to experience CC fraud regardless of this particular incident.

There are not a lot of Solar panels that are only 10% efficient these days

Yay! Another convert ;) Glad to hear you enjoyed them and yeah, they are definitely worth giving a shot; with the caveat that if it's not a model you've heard of before to give them a listen first.

I'm going to have to agree at least a little bit on this. I've been a huge fan of the Z-5500 set that I've had for 5 years now. And despite what many people seem to suggest I've been using it as my living room (not a huge living room mind you) set for that entire time and the wife hasn't minded a bit. They sound

Holy smokes, didn't realize Nesbitt was in this. Jekyll was an amazing series, nicely chosen pic :) Consider me somehow more excited about this film

@Zippi: Wouldn't an implementation like that be nigh impossible to hold steady? If the reticule was centered at all times you'd have to calibrate a "center" and then any deviation from that center would cause your screen to move.

@With Au Jus Sauce: Shipping. They pack them full of air so they chips don't get as trashed during transportation. Conveniently for them it also makes the bags look oh so full of goodness....bastards!

Everytime I see one of these ideas I'm struck at how almost none of them take into account what it is like to try and set up some kind of diet like this with a family.

I'm still holding out hope that the next gen of consoles will consist of a Sony built system with Microsoft handling the software/multiplayer and Nintendo bringing in their content.

@Kevin Flynn: It's a Preview!! I was also surprised and flummoxed that they wouldn't let me watch such inane content....grrr on CBS

Sweet, it's -20F here right now...I'm going outside to try this right now!

@Jetgirly: I certainly understand going this route as well. I, unfortunately, don't have the restraint/determination to maintain that zero-balance credit card :)

It is fascinating for me, as a Canadian, to see the huge differences in the way that we handle our banking vs. Americans as evidenced in this article.

@OMGItsWeasel: Haha, that's exactly what I was thinking during that entire video :D

@DanHibiki: I would agree with that for the most part, I run LauncherPro on my X10, but having hte Timescape/mediascape stuff running in the backgroun is a hog. I would so much prefer a more vanilla version of the OS (it seems the Nexus' are the only way to get that) but it seems sony has done one thing right;

Interesting timing on this article as I just read this story this morning:

It seems the majority of people are thankful that this isn't happening based on the fact that a faithful retelling of the story in game form wouldn't work. I fully agree on that point, but I think that this still was a huge missed opportunity.

@Shiruhanta: LOL, I fondly remember this episode. Although it looks like he's using tracer rounds instead of a regular bullet. There's way too much light coming off those shots as well as way too much flame on the car for it to be regular.
