2019 was a great, exciting season — when Marquez wasn’t seconds ahead of the guy behind him. I’m really looking forward to next year. It looks like Quartararo will be The Competition to Marquez. Never was a huge fan of Lorenzo’s attitude, but he definitely had talent and was humbled by this year. Best wishes to him.

They really seem detached from reality if they think they’ll reach the target demographic with a $30k bike. The bike itself doesn’t seem bad. At $10-15k they’d probably sell well. At $30k, this was obviously going to flop.

I think he spent his first few seasons learning where the limit is and when he was approaching it, and this last season or two has really calmed down. If someone doesn’t enjoy Borderlands, that’s fine. I had coworkers I could play Borderlands 2 with for 10 hours of my 12 hour shift, and I had ones that hated it.

One day, I went to deposit my paycheck. On my way out, I looked at the receipt and noticed it was higher than it should have been. Living check-to-check at the time, I had much more awareness of my balance. The difference, if I remember right, was about $1,200 (100x less than this story).

This sounds like the usual “I don’t remember [bad thing] happening as much back in MY day.” I’m pretty young, but have noticed it seems to be a recurring question on a variety of subjects. Rarely is it backed up with any proof.
