Big argument I see is that people are too "entitled". That has nothing to do with it. If I pay for a pepperoni pizza and get pepperonis on only one half, I am going to be very upset.

It is important because resolution is a great factor of the current system wars . If Sony claims true 1080p resolution when it is not, it damages the perception of the other company, Microsoft in this case.
To play Devil's Advocate:
Actually no, it's about fuckin' time someone to sue EA for all that abomination released as BF3, BF4, Hardline, not to mention their utter incompetency to even run a fuckin server farm and keep it online on launch day etc.
that's what I came here to say; if they can't be held accountable then there's no reason for them not to deceive customers in the future. Legal, or rather financial repercussions seem to be the only sort they notice.
Agreed, while overboard, this is quite a valid complaint as the PS4 and the One supposedly offer "next gen" experiences and by this day and age 1080p should be the norm, specially after all that spec touting and bullshit they said before the consoles launched.
Part of me says "this is dumb" but the other party of me says "corporations should be held accountable for advertising a product as one thing when it clearly isn't" False advertising is no laughing matter and can cause serious problems beyond more than "slightly blurry graphics".
Yea TBH I'm not at all mad about this guy suing Sony over this, and I consider myself firmly in the pro-Playstation consumer group.
Companies need to be more honest with their product all around.
I still want battle mode specific maps. Block fort?
This looks interesting. But I'm not 100% for the REQUIREMENT of a companion app. I'm not a fan of requiring more than is in the box when I'm buying a $60 game, even if the app is free. Not to mention the fact that you may POSSIBLY want to own this game without needing to own a tablet or smartphone.
This is a perfect case of "if you look hard enough for something you can find it anywhere." Just go ahead and ignore how classically handsome Jimmy and Raj got, how ripped Kevin is, and how hipster hot Edd is. But then it wouldn't fit your world view, and we can't have that.
Here's a much better attempt by artist bloochikin on deviant art. Hers actually manages to keep the fun and off kilter personalities of the characters instead of turning them into generic and bland fashion models.
Target, right? I used to have them.
You're paying for the good faith of the developers. Don't be the fool that can't admit he's wrong. Everyone has come out and explained this to you. Cease being so stubborn.
sorry, bud. when it's an early access game they owe you a complete product. Might want to save that strong take for a more appropriate time
All game developers owe a finished product- end of story.
Actually when you pay for a product that they're offering.. They kind of do..
I'm tired of you dick riders trying to stick up for developers but if I'm buying a product I better damn hell receive the product that I'm paying for and not some other garbage bullshit.
If you want to have the mind set that developers can…
Now wait a second. They do owe you something: they owe you what they promised when you paid. It seems to me part of the problem with Early Access is that it is often not clear what exactly you are paying for. I haven't been following Rust closely enough to know what they promised, but I could definitely imagine…
They do if you paid for an early access game that hasn't been finished.
Seriously. What kind of idiot sits in the comments section asking questions that Google could answer in a matter of seconds instead of waiting for people to respond? I understand the purpose of discussion, but this moronic drivel is almost unbelievable in its idiocy— including the "360" part. Like someone who…
