To your, "Guy being done for the year" thing. These cars are prety tough. The engine, the rollcage, and maybe a few other things are still salvagable. Also, if he's well know at his track, he may get help from other drivers and teams to rebuild the cars.

I personally try to avoid used games. But there are some games that if I see on a shelf or in a bargain bin, I'd like to play it. It sucks that the PS3 dosent support PS2 or PS1 games, but seeing them offer the games on a marketplace is good.
