We know it hammers, but the real question remains unanswered: does a Gallardo BLEND?

I design vehicle user interfaces...

Well what you say me be all well/good/true etc but there's one thing that is going to be the electric bugaloo to a crashing halt: design.

Well, at least they were sober.

I liked it, but it isn't relevant to Jaguar. What is really bizzare is why did famed design house Bertone create a concept that is neither particularly innovative or unique. I mean this is the home of the Stratos for chrissakes, and they come out with a Bill-Lyons-in-Browns-Lane Jag throwback? It doesn't make sense.

It was actually made well before the movie, by the Adams brothers in England. There was a story on here about this car a few months ago. Turns out only 3 were made...

I love the Puma! My dad nearly bought one when he lived in Rio... until I came along apparently and they bought a 411 instead...

Adams Probe 16 - AKA the Durango '95 From "A Clockwork Orange."

Ok Jason C. you've showed me your ass, and while sexy it doesn't mean I want to date you. I'll wait til the second date to get to know you better - see if you have any depth (the next gen 9-3 hatchback) before I *think about* putting out.

Win: Ferrari's first shooting brake since the illicit 250 GTO Breadvan.

They should've entered this into the latest Local Motors competition...

I don't see how this presages a "real" baby Jag. It looks like another retro-futuretastic concept - exactly the sort of design language Jaguar has been steadily moving away from. The upright DLO is way oldschool - like pure 90s. Even Hyundai's latest Elantra is a coupe/sedan in the mould (sic) of the CLS/XJ/S-Type.

How approximate is this this silhouette? Nice general proportions, but generic. As ever, it will come down to the detailing...

1989: A number, another summer... get down! Sound of the funky drummer...

Looks like the love child of a horny Reventon top and a passive Gallardo bottom. Either way the Ferrari FF is going to strut by, and call it a whore.

You're right! My mistake. It was Kristen. I'd prolly confuse Judy Dench with the Queen at this point.

Yup, check out Local Motors, they're hosting a design challenge for DARPA based off the Rally Fighter chassis. This isn't my final though, just a sketch...

One I designed, preferably.

You think Helen Mirren's scathing criticism had anything to do with it? He's never been more visibly embarrassed about a purchase on the show than the time she called it "pathetic." Must've gnawed at him for some time thereafter.

I've seen several over the years, most recently last fall tooling around Burr Ridge and Lagrange IL (Chicago western burbs.) That one was a convertible standard Gallardo.
