i think it would save people more than $330/year if the truck was being used as more than a commuter (lol @ an F150 not used a commuter, eh?) but I agree, it seems like it would take a lot of time to pay off the additional "fuel savers". I've got a 3/4 ton but it's not an F350. Mine is a classic chev truck, went with the 3/4 ton just because it was in good shape, body was solid, drivetrain was good. Realistically, I do with it was the one ton since I use it for a lot of work.
