The official camera connection kit. SD card adapter if SDHC and FAT32-formatted, usb cable to your camera if the card is of the SDXC type or exFAT-formatted. Not sure if the SD adapter works with SDXC, but the iPad can't directly read exFAT-formatted cards (which is a downer since exFAT performs way better than FAT32.

The problem with such cases is they increase the production cost and don't really protect the discs that well: if particles get inside, they can actually cause worse damage.
