I mentioned in the initial thread but, last couple seasons were Hyundai driven. Bauer jacks a Genesis coupe in NY and uses the backup cam to reverse out of an alleyway. Loving shots of interiors and badges abound.

Also, for some of the best vehicle placement ever, award goes to The Shield. "What vehicle placement?" you ask? Exactly - midway through the show, the main characters all started driving Chrysler vehicles which matched the characters exactly: Vic drove a Charger, his wife a Caravan, and Shane a Dakota. It was so

24, towards the end. The last couple seasons had some loving shots of Hyundai grills. Jack Bauer even carjacks a Genesis coupe, then uses the backup camera to dart down an alley.

If you think the car placement is bad on that show, watch the clip where the big shrimp dude waxes poetic about Subway's $5 foot longs. Seriously, they had a 2 min scene where everybody sat around talking about Subway.

I remember that the hot doctor was describing the feature, but then Dr. Park was like "I don't care about what your car does, what about the case?" or something like that. Kinda neat they sidestepped that one that way, but this was sandwiched between lots of lingering shots over the FORD and EXPLORER badges

No mention of Vida Guerra as the motorcycle Amazon? She's easily the most recognizeable of these actors, you may know her from various DUB show appearances or perhaps Chappelle Show. Also Playboy.

Ooh someone's getting fired over this. Also the video went private as of 2 min ago.

I like it. I'm also tickled that they are keeping it in "Detroit"...hopefully for real instead of using Dallas.

The thing that struck me the most? 1992 was 20 YEARS ago. God, I feel old.

I better forward this article to the wife, she loves her some HOV lanes coming home from work. So why was the cop taking a picture of Bruno Mars at the end? That smartphone pic can't possibly be admissible as any kind of public record or evidence?

That is awesome!

Viper video wins. I love that you see it at first, then it just disappears behind copious amounts of vaporized rubber.

I'd like to thank Gawker and Jalopnik for moving to this format. I've been reading the comment sections on the sites for years at work, without the ability to comment myself, because my work firewalls do not tolerate any kind of FB related actions or 3rd party sign ins. And honestly, I never understood why comments

Whoa, does anyone else notice that Wilson Fisk in the 90s cartoon sound just like John Noble from Fringe? I had to IMDB it, looks like it's not him but, wow, it sounds just like him.
