I wasn’t clear earlier when I said it’s a “higher” burden of proof otherwise required by the NFL. For violations pertaining to the league’s Player Conduct Policy, the burden is “credible corroborating evidence.”

It’s actually a higher burden of proof than is required for NFL rule infractions.

One caveat: it’s possible these two employees had no idea what they were doing was cheating.

Manny might’ve had a chance had he been more aggressive. But yes, everyone knew what Mayweather would do.

You think ability to block and dodge declines equally with flurry speed and energy resource?

It really is the only plausible explanation.

Whoa there. I hate Gregg, love Jim Moore. Sure, he gets a little morally righteous every now and then, but nowhere near on the hot take level as, say, Mark Kiszla. Plus on his radio show, he’s always complaining that it’s not 5 o’clock yet when he can go have a beer.

yeah really!

Just wanted to chime in and say I bought a Swissgear/Wenger backpack back when I started college 12 years ago.

I like your breakdown because it resists painting an entire profession with the same brush (and points out that, like any occupation, there are good/bad/lazy apples).

I was even impressed with the charm and ease of flying out of Ontario. And that’s including the one hour drive from Santa Monica.

You're exactly right. To only consider income and not purchasing power, especially in major metros, is wholly flawed.

Good point. I wouldn't be able to do this without Steamfresh bags (or baby carrots for that matter).

MFP on the web is much quicker, if only for the faster ability to look up foods and enter data. But, of course, it doesn't have the handiness of being accessible everywhere.

I'm 6'1", 190 lbs. and try not to go far above 2,000 kcal on rest days. It's not so crazy nor so difficult if you make sure veggies are at least 25%-33% of your daily food intake.

It may not be as bleak as The Wire, but it's still a world different from the Phillips Academies of the world. The latter are more likely to have finance industry legacies (as you noted in your other reply) with requisite connections, whereas the former are much more likely to have kids who can't get parental help

I should've clarified that by "means," I meant "resources." Certainly there are blue collar kids on scholarship/financial aid at Exeter. Like the working class fortunate enough to attend Harvard though, simply by virtue of being there and having a Phillips imprimatur they have better odds of success than those

I suppose this is a good thing, teaching/reinforcing strict study habits at a time when kids have few other life responsibilities. I don't recall really having to make flash cards or form study groups with the top achievers in college (outside of finals) the way I did in AP classes, but it was certainly beneficial to
