I thought Trump said he never drank, either.

How is he qualified to be the country’s liaison around the world? Because he did missionary work forty years ago? Also, he’s a spineless opportunist. If he’s selected, he’ll be trotted out as a show pony like Colin Powell was, but never actually listened to unless they want/need someone to be a voice of reason to sell

Or Commander IN Chief.

Yeah, when people say I’m just bitter because a Republican won, I tell them that’s bullshit. I may not have liked it if Jeb or Kasich had won, but at least I know they’re adults who get the job and the responsibilities and won’t just shred everything like some kid with their first pair of scissors. This isn’t butthurt

As far as I know, Kasich and Jeb are the only two GOP who haven’t bent to Trump’s will, like, say, Mitt, who is all but giving Donny a public b.j.

You might want to avoid NPR for the next 4 years. They specialize in normalizing aberrant views in the name of “neutral reporting”. See: “In Defense of Steve Bannon” story.

I’m still waiting for someone to yell “April Fools!”

When I got shit from people for making a big deal about the Hamilton tweets, I defended myself by saying it’s not the tweets themselves, but the precedent he’s trying to set up of silencing critics. Someday, he’s going to do it to someone that really matters, like a journalist. Sure enough, he tried to do t hat

I love how the media investigates whether a child is really tweeting with more urgency than they do the financial dealings of a certain recent president elect.

Not to mention cultivating the biggest donor list the Greens (or she) will ever see.

The recount means people keep getting reminded he lost the popular vote by 2+ million. That’s what’s making him mental (along with generally being mental).

It’s funny until he nukes MI, WI, and PA.

Yeah, I doubt this is going anywhere, but it seems pretty harmless to me. It’s paid for and it’s not like it’s going to be disruptive to the EC. Even Clinton’s attitude seems to be “sure, why not?”, which I guess is mine, too.

LOL. Check Jill Stein’s investment portfolio if you want “bought and paid for politician”.

Yeah, onerous voter suppression in some states had nothing to do with the turnout numbers. How did she lose with the most popular votes? It’s called the Electoral College, genius. Try to keep up.

Not without some public groveling by Mitt.

This whole Mitt Romney thing was just to embarrass him publicly, and being the tool he is, he took the bait.

A couple of years ago, I had to take a gift from my boss out to her house. I never went inside (there was some guy who I suspect was her version of Kato Kaelin working in the garage) but I can attest that behind the gate, her property is every bit as weird and eccentric as her shopping habits make it seem.

You can talk all you want about the Green Party and their high minded ideals, but until they show up in off year elections and do the hard work of actually winning enough local elections to build a real party infrastructure, instead of showing up every four years to troll the Democrats, they’re not getting any

It’s pretty much the equivalent of throwing three Hail Mary passes and hoping they all land in the end zone. I guess as long as it’s not disruptive and done properly, I guess it’s harmless. But I can’t help but feel resources are better used to get Foster Campbell to win the Louisiana senate run off next month.
