I’ve beaten almost every final fantasy other than 6. I’m easily on 10 years of trying to beat it. And the game is so boring to me I can’t usually get past doma(?) getting ransacked. I’m trying to like this game and it isn’t working.

TLDR. Scout your partners better. Having them “learn to like” anything is awful. One of the first things I said my current 6 year relationship is that I play a lot of games. Funny thing about monster hunter. I played the beta and thought it was great. I mentioned it to my roommate and he said it looks terrible and he’d never play it. I was not happy to find out that he bought the game and loves it and cost me my amazon prime price.
