I’ll field this one, though I’m not sure what counts as drastic to you. The short answer is “no”- the type system is the same, the move system is the same. The most notable changes are in how you interact with your pokemon.

I asked someone I know who works at Target if they would ever manage to sell through, and he was like “Nope”.

Perhaps this will help move the piles of Animal Crossing amiibo that are clogging up retail aisles.

Those of you who preordered the PS4 or Steam versions and got the digital soundtrack- how many tracks did you get? The full 71, or the 27 I’m seeing quoted?

For what it’s worth, there was a 6-game Samurai Showdown anthology for PS2, though I dunno how I managed to stumble upon it in a retail store with no advance notice.

I don’t think they’re spooky. I think they put psychological pressure on you, and occasionally grab your head and twist it around.

I’m glad you enjoyed it. The series has taken a different direction, or at least its marketing has, and I wasn’t sure if the end result would work out. Zero Escape is one series I always stay up late to finish, and I use other people’s willingness to stay up as a barometer.

I paid special attention when the story broke because I know the county where it took place.

I’m way more interested in the trailer music. Since it’s used twice, I have no reason to doubt it being an official battle theme. It’s a change from the densely arranged (and sometimes over-arranged) themes from X/Y. I’m not completely sure where it’s going, and haven’t made up my mind as to whether I like it yet.

Goodbye and good luck. Your streams and articles on import games were very informative, and helped me make purchasing decisions well in advance of the usual pre-release trailers and launch day reviews.

Good guys, bad guys, and explosions.

So would you say the game is not too difficult? One of its predecessors, #htolniQ, got tagged for having tricky controls.

You spent a long time with Persona 5.

Now I’m wondering if it was Atlus that blinked in the FFXV/Persona 5 matchup. :/

Cry more, Simisear. It and its two equally lame counterparts made the first gym in Black/White, with its forced type matchup, a rotten experience.

Saw this. I approve. ^_^b

That’s odd. Just the other day I was thinking, Disney must be forward-thinking when it comes to game licenses, since Kingdom Hearts games (remakes/ports?) continue to come out, while Marvel VS games are no longer possible. Then again, I forgot the former owns the latter.

Wow, GameFreak/Nintendo managed to release relevant information without massively trolling. I am floored.

I absolutely despised it. Everything about it was a joyless chore. Take exploration, for example. Running from a battle will take you back to the start of the area, which makes progressing difficult. You can’t really juke enemies, because there’s no dash button, enemies take off like a rocket when they see you, and

Whew, that was a ton of images. Couldn’t you, y’know, rap about it?
