Just a friendly warning- the Bank will hold your pokemon, but unless they've made a patch to address this issue, it doesn't hold items. That's a problem for version-exclusive Megas.

"gg nore" ;_;
Just picked up my copy of Alpha Sapphire. I'm not sure which team I want to play with /against repeatedly, so I don't know which cart will be my perma-save, and which will be the one I restart on a whim. I couldn't even remember which team does what in which game, but I like Kyogre, so Sapphire it is for now.
Yeah, I'm still getting used to the new controls. I should probably not play when I'm tired... it feels like everything's moving in slow motion. On the other hand, I'm too tired to get really mad.
I just fired up the game and got my ass kicked by Packaged. Packaged! I don't think it's a calibration issue, I think my reflexes are too slow. Also tried a new song, failed it a few times. I've never fully completed a Hatsune Miku set list, but this is a new low, even for me.
Skarmory is found in friend safari, so that's pretty doable. I forget if Houndour does too.
Syracuse represent!
Agreed. Prior to now, you could get every form with a single 3DS and patient GTS trading. Somebody didn't think Megas through.
I guess it's the developer's cheap and easy way of controlling what people can and can't have and ensures they don't break their own game if they decide not to include data for the objects. So like, apricorns don't exist in Gen V (though their pokeball icon might've carried over, I'm not sure), and type gems other…
Yeah, by trading. Course, that means getting hold of another 3DS. Going in the other direction might be a problem... I don't think X/Y is getting a compatibility patch.
Not making ORAS Pokebank-compatible would defeat the purpose of Pokebank (negating all the dumb hoops you have to jump through to transfer from gen to gen). I think even GameFreak wouldn't screw that up.
It's weird that now that we're in the final stretch (excluding Europe), I'm becoming too busy to lose sleep getting hyped for ORAS. My final X/Y breeding project looks like it's doomed to failure, so all I need to do is wait for Friday morning to roll around.
It's going to take me a couple of passes to read and fully digest everything. Thanks for the cleaning tips... they'll come in handy for the occasional used game I buy.
At last, GiantBoyDetective's secret identity has been revealed. GBD is doomed!
The first time I saw that picture, I thought the buttons were part of chairs. My mind refused to process that much swag.
Hmm.... the Pokemon TCG game looks tempting, but I remember getting really bogged down while grinding for cards. There was a sequel that we didn't get, wasn't there?
I never stop playing Pokemon games. Or rather, I never stop riding my bike and hatching eggs in Pokemon. It's just what I do.
I realize "should I buy this" posts are the worst but...
They both spend a lot of time holed up in deep, dank places, don't they?
So it's an evergreen game that you can put down and pick up again? I could go for that.
