Good to hear. I'm having a much harder time with the sorta-overhead viewpoint than I thought I would. After getting stuck in a couple of the dungeons, I decided to wait until the holidays to pick the game up again. I must have picked the wrong one to start with... I'm supposed to do the Sand Rod dungeon first?

Which one would shoot first? o.o

I am dreading the incoming flood of hacks. But since it's coming, I'm catching as many Dream World pokemon as possible and prepping for transfer.

Oh, it's actually coming out? I may get this, despite being spoiled on major developments.

There was a prison, long since shut down, where they would mix a bunch of food together to make a sort of nasty meatloaf-like concoction. It was nutritious enough, but tasted so nasty it was used as a punishment for unruly prisoners.

Good luck! Given how long the game has been around, spoilers will be casually tossed about in headlines and comments.

Probably to avoid stepping on Pikachu's shtick. I assume the staff grabbed a pokemon they wanted to push and assigned it to him. As for why they picked him to be a companion to begin with, they favor the younger ones (probably to avoid stealing Ash's thunder), and the XY gym leaders are older than is typical for the

Judging by the intensity of that shitfit, this was one of those "try not to lose temper for X days to inherit fortune" deals.

I love how her face becomes a total smirk in the in-game model.

Didn't even watch the video - all the "not funny" comments scared me away. But I'm certain of one thing- this Professor X is a fake! It's Mystique, or a Skrull, or I dunno, whoever the shapeshifter flavor of the day is. What better way to destroy the X-Men than from within?

Pretty much nailed it. Missed one thing though: the characters are endearing. While Atelier Meruru lacks the plot twists of its predecessor, it has the most callbacks and shoutouts and is stuffed with returning characters.

If so, I will feel really, really dumb for picking up the bundle at full-price last week. Very quick price drops make the first-day buyers (which I am usually not) feel stupid.

And to think I was just starting to enjoy online random battles. (Plus I need it to check my egg hatching count.)

Dancers gonna dance.

I take back any parts that turn out to be factually incorrect when the game actually releases here. I jumped on-board just from my enjoyment of Ys 7, and the bits and pieces of news about Celceta were all good. Falcom's the kind of company where if you like one of their games, you like all of them.

The first definition of Action RPG is correct. You can hack and slash and move around at your leisure. Disgaea, if I remember correctly, is a "strategy" RPG, since you're moving between tiles on a grid.

I'm going to say yes.

I am just amazed at how much Patrick Stewart (and Jonathan Frakes) have given to the internet over the years. When Star Trek: The Next Generation was on the verge of release, he was described as a serious actor with a Shakespearean background. Little did we know...

Man, you weren't kidding. Those few minutes where the chat window was visible were like gazing into the demon realm.

Hmm?? Explain. I decided to sleep so I missed all the festivities.
