Since CW pays the most it (meaning it airs in on other networks around the world) has SOME SAY in what happens on the show but it’s very little in comparison to the control that WBTV…

Where a show is shot has nothing to do with “where it’s from/who produced it.” The show is written by writers in Los Angeles, produced by Greg Berlanti who has a huge overall deal with WB and offices on the lot. The show couldn’t be more “Hollywood” if it tried.
