Raptors are badass

I'm surprised people still use "rad"

its ugly as sin or virtue

no Oregon Trail? FAIL

toss in some David Bowie in the background, some LSD, and plenty of food and Walter would resolve the Ann Taylor case in no time. Just need to call in Astro? Asterix? ASTRID!

easy solution - get them to listen to good music from CHVRCHES, HAIM, Birds Of Tokyo, Frightened Rabbit, David Bowie, Depeche Mode, Cheap Trick, Nirvana, The Supremes, Kate Miller-Heidke, etc

I LOVED that scene. FRINGE did a great job of weaving food and music as part of Walter's identity. It also reminded me of the greatness of David Bowie's music

they excelled at continuity and previous events meant something. good example is The Porcupine Man where events played out differently in the final season compared to the same FRINGE event in season 1. It payed off to follow the show instead of the vast wasteland of procedurals (which is what this show started out as

Its one of the all time underrated shows. Excellent diverse cast, excellent writing, and the cinematography was movie quality. That era was my last appointment viewing period for tv with shows like LOST, Friday Night Lights, and FRINGE.

I started in the beginning but it seemed generic and Torv wasn't at her best in the beginning but towards the last ~5 episodes of season 1 when the mythology of the show started to take hold - WOW. My favorite episode of all time was White Tulip - very spiritual followed by "Brown Betty", Reddick should have sang

I am so tired of gimmick gaming - motion controls (Wii, Kinect), second screen (wii U). ENOUGH. If it works I doubt it will be any time soon, at least a decade

eh, SWTOR had development costs of about $200 million and didn't have that much to show for it. companies make errors too, costly ones.

nice analysis. My two cents - I think Wii U would be excellent for family gaming

FRINGE was an excellent show that just dialed up tension and fleshed out its characters well every episode. And the acting job Anna Torv did was amazing.

Your point is why I don't see the fascination with city living as opposed to suburbia. Everyday life involves the same minutia, you can explore the city or the outlying area on the weekends just fine. During the weekday, going to work or school for most of the day, running errands, coming home and cooking/chores, etc

Its a FRINGE event

absolutely, the illusion is comfortable. I think it applies to life in general - affairs for example, the fantasy is quickly removed once the daily grind of day to day living comes around and the thrill is gone. speaking of which, I never understood the French cinema fascination with infidelity.
