Lol ok? Good point.

Reread - They did NOT fight for fewer temps.

Let me give you a quick picture of the labor negotiations my company just went through. They didn’t fight for higher wages, more vacation time, more union positions, less temporary positions, better benefits... none of that. You know what they were more worried about? Make sure any temps that were there were paying

I always like the quote from “Wolf of Wall Street” when Matt’s character says something like “It isn’t about making your client money. It’s about getting a client to give you money and taking some of it. Then get them to give you even more money and take some of that.” When there is no fiduciary laws or regulation,

I’m thinking it has more to do with the Supreme Court than it does anything else.

Really? So there isn’t competition in the market currently? Companies aren’t adjusting their prices to factor in wage inflation today?

This whole topic kind of get’s me going. As a cost accountant, I deal with this stuff all day, every day. Setting manufacturing rates. Building product costs. Costing budgets. Hourly wages. Pricing. Everyone assumes these people sit in a vacuum. They don’t. This move affects everything. So I apologize for coming off

I’m arguing labor increases will 100% be factored into pricing. You’re statement is correct when dealing with market or economic forces. Things companies cannot control. They can 100% control labor and its factor on pricing. Which they will flex pricing to compensate for increases.

Full disclosure: So can I but I don’t come here to brag about it.

Understood and I agree. Mostly. But most of you are forgetting that you’re just counting the burger, fries and Coke. What about the meat company that makes the hamburger. Or chicken farms. Potato and other various veggies McDonald’s serves. The makers of their equipment. How about the builders building a new

No, no. It’s a god given right.

“The business own will make less profit.”

That’s not going to change, though. That will still happen even if the minimum wage increase. That’s what you people don’t get. This wage increase will just get pushed to us consumers. You think they’re going to eat that?

But it’s not the poor corporations that carry this burden. It gets passed to us consumers. And it’s not just $.17 for a burger. It’s $.17 for each item you buy anywhere. And I can guarantee you it’s a lot more than $.17 when you figure the whole supply chain to provide that burger would see a $.17 increase as well.

Where did you get 4%?

They are not undefeated.

Haha trannies.

Neat. I know many who haven’t had a single issue.

True, tires matter. But, all things remaining constant, a CUV like this is more capable than a car. It just is. I could put better tires on both. What would have I have more success driving off road? What can I put more into? What has more room? CUV checks all those boxes. I have a CX-5 and quite like it. Wish it had

Ground clearance alone give these more capability off road than cars. Take your head out of your ass.
