"Further the species" means more than "breed like brainless rodents".

You know what might be useful? A link to the blasted thing, like this one.
Oh my god that picture is so pathetic and hilarious.
That last sentence, good human, is a lovely and beautiful string of sardonic humor, and I very much appreciated it!
Vheissu is when they lost me. It always irritates me when an artist decides "soundscapes" are better than songs. I understand it's just my opinion, and others really enjoy this—but to me they lost the vibe and energy that made them feel unique. Which I wouldn't mind so much if the earlier stuff hadn't been so goddamn…
Well, the latter point isn't really all that important. They certainly wove a whole lot of Pagan mythology in there.
Thrice (back when they were post-hardcore and not whatever artsy-indie rock they are now) did a take on Masque of the Red Death titled (sensibly) "The Red Death", from their album The Illusion of Safety. In fact very many of their early songs were based off literary tales and personas—the follow-up The Artist in the…
My god, I hate when people make huge and ridiculous graphics where a simple table would do. There is no conceivable reason to put these on "wheels" like this.
Everyone else looks at this and thinks, "How terribly small!"
Pretty much what I was thinking. What else did black holes get bigger because of? Hopes? Dreams? A steady diet of green beans and resistance training? What ELSE could do it but incoming matter?
Oh my god, not another one of these idiotic articles.
I don't disagree with any of your points. The personhood amendments, and the fools trying to push them, are unsettling, offensive, and wrong, and the refusal of exceptions for rape or the mother's health are appalling.
This is why certain people find abortion, and pro-choice messages and supporters, heartless and evil.
Okay, to be fair, that first song wasn't bad. And it wasn't "rap-metal"—it was straight modern rock. It's not something I'd buy, but I wouldn't change the channel in disgust.
Although, yes, these buttons were terrible, they still wouldn't have been nearly as big an issue if every game had fully remappable controls. Something which still doesn't happen for some braindead reason.
I agree with your later points, because the "stigma" of adoption is definitely one of the strangest elements of this equation, and overcoming social mores is going to be the longest battle. I am very confused, however, by your first statement.
I guess I just don't understand how the connection itself causes the complete lack of gravitational interaction. And if it's to do with the continuousness of it, would a "porous" shell behave the same way?
Sadly, questioning "Abortion" as a thing has been conflated with questioning Women's Rights, Feminism, Equality, etc, in total. That would be one reason why this research has not, and might not ever, happen.
That's a lot of judgement for "not judging anyone".
Beener's reaction is pretty nice. It's like you caught him mid "oh" of "Oh shit...".
