Yeah. There was this problem with Borderlands and their patches. They kept getting hung up because Microsoft demands that things like achievements are testes, as well as stability over online play. Because people pay for Gold, a multiplayer game (at least) has to be thoroughly quality-tested for online stability and

No it doesn't. I had a kid at 19, but I wasn't an idiot about it. And I know many people whose parents were very young, none of them were that stupid.

Dude chick guy would be making me question my sexuality if that was at all something I care about. But I don't, so I can say "that's a very pretty man" and move on. Kid's an amazing guitar player though.

Having laws crafted by people shaky in law is why we have to patch, update, change, fix, and repair old ill-conceived laws quite often.

Visually, yes, I can see that. Mentally, though, Damon is deceptive—he's actually very smart. Wahlberg... not so much.

I chuckled, good commentor, I chuckled.

There are two types of BC that we're discussing, and the one you want is probably not the one you need.

Even mix of what, and what? People who know the law, and people who know nothing?

Sorry, I believe people making laws should have a background in law, yes.

Yeah... that didn't work out do well last time. That's how we have all these Tea Party people who, even if they're not crazy (haha, right!) have absolutely zero experience.

You cut out before the epic training montage!

I always liked the idea of a "random draw". If a game has character customization like Mass Effect or many RPGs, start out randomly—not just "typical white dude". Random sex, race, height, etc. Also, if an NPC does not have a reason to be a particular race for story reasons, make than NPC random as well.

Hey, look at that! War and Peace looks exactly like a Justin Beiber biography, in that they're both square, with pages, and the words are the same direction.

I'd love to play this game—but I cannot, because I can't pause. I have migraines, and work from home with my boss calling at all hours, and have three kids, and a wife—I cannot play a game I cannot pause.

In the US, in 2010, only one in three internet-connected people have broadband, and only one in four by population:

"Having worked on it in some form or another for nearly a decade..."

Alright I'm done. Go and re-read posts I've put forth before this and you'll see I already mentioned a few ways. All it needs is digitized UMD data and emulation software. How they get it digitized I don't know, but there are probably a dozen ways.

Again, no it's really not. A peripheral, utility, or patch could enable this any number of ways, most of which are probably better than what I've come up with (not a software designer). It's not a matter of CAN'T, but WON'T. But if they DON'T, I suspect they WON'T succeed.

Domestic abuse does not have to be physical to be abuse.

I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but I see it as a disservice to always paint the male as the aggressor and the female as the victim. It is instilling a stereotype that is honestly contrary to reality, as women are nearly as often the aggressors in domestic violence.
