I dunno, the closest thing I see to shutting down a department happening is the federal level school department. Honestly though, that wouldn’t mean that we would go without schools. It would just mean that local jurisdictions will hold more power regarding their governing.

I’m all for investigating the Trump campaign given proper warrant. Much like I am all for investigating the Clinton campaign given proper warrant (in this case, seeking and understanding the trail between the dossier and the DNC).

Those are all valid points, and I feel they should justify further investigation into the republican ties. However, these all happened long after the investigation started. I support any warranted investigation. Investigating Trump for Russian ties is warranted so long as the dossier that is driving said investigation is investigated at the same time. That includes any and all transactions that went into producing the document.

I mean, there are also ties between the piss tape dossier and the DNC. Also, don’t forget how don jr’s “russian” contact has financial ties to the same company that paid for the dossier and gets its money from the DNC.
