There already are consumer automomous cars on the road... the tesla model s can do highway driving. No not every car will be autonomous next year, but the longer the laws keep from changing, the more people who will die.

The crash rate of autonomous cars is extremely known. These companies are required to disclose all accidents and some companies like google are recording a million miles a day! There is a much higher reporting rate for these cars vs regular cars and the data that these cars record make it extremely easy to figure out…

I had issues after upgrading, but reinstalling windows... while keeping all my files/licenses/etc worked painlessly. Seriously, everything was fixed within half an hour and I didn’t have to redownload or reinstall anything.
