Or the GLE coupe for that matter

Completely agree. And does the X offer hot stone massage?

Either you are a ‘Walker’ or a ‘Driver’.

and isn’t the Cruze’s engine built in Germany?

And there are many many cars on the road that are much dirtier ... All the 15+ year old wrecks driven by underpaid 3-job-working stressed-out people.

Sounds great, but Asiana, .... I’ll pass

Real World fuel efficiency for me ...

Exactly right! People get outraged over this ‘up to 40 times’, (a) which is an ‘up to’ estimate (b) which is based on a real world test that is stricter than lab conditions - without cheating and (c) as you said, still a lot less than what had previously been allowed.

Sure, but: (1) I see a lot of people use those to commute to work. Alone. These commuters are worse to the environment than a TDI driver. In terms of CO2 anyway. (2) I couldn’t find number for the lighter pick up trucks. It’d be great to conduct more of the real-world tests and show exact numbers for any car.

40x - which is the upper bound from ICCT real-world test - would mean 2.8g/mile. The average of a full size pick up truck is 3.088.

Ford/GM: still killing people. Ever looked at NOx emissions of ‘heavy duty’ trucks?

still saved CO2

Plus, if you have a good router with 3G/4G fallback, it could automatically switch to the attached 3G/4G stick.

Why do we worry about this. Climate Change is a Chinese invention. Trump said so. It must be true then.

Only the i8 beats the non-listed Mercedes E250 BlueTec in terms of fuel economy ... And in the fun department: how about massaging seats?

Obvious. Mercedes-Benz E250 BlueTEC. 28/42 mpg.

For the affected Passats with urea injection, it means you have to put in Addblue more often. Probably the dealers will offer that for free now. Not a big deal. For the other cars, we will see ...

self-important EPA talk ... If Ron Paul had won the election, there’d be no EPA to cause that trouble.

We really need larger SUVs with a lot of bling. This way the nouveau riche can take all their kids (read: their one kid) to the next football game.
