Sure, but why take out all the fun of making fun of the overly dramatic “oh I stubbed my toe so I roll a thousand times over the field for dramatic effect” men :)

Well not... every... team or match.... at least. The better matches were much nicer to watch than the average men’s match though, in terms of technical-ness.

Well, to be fair, I didn’t watch it this year because I am in a different country and I have no idea where they even broadcast that (well I could look for an internet stream I guess). But it was very pleasant to watch in previous years at least.

Completely agree. PH was a tedium thanks to that one dungeon. Spirit Tracks was pure joy, especially the scenes with Zelda in control. I loved when she felt disgusted slipping into that armor.

No, interest has been growing. It shows that it’s a hen egg problem. If it isn’t shown, how will people know they are interested in it?

They’re not Konami. Not yet.

What makes you think nobody bought Ori or Rayman Legends?

For me it took a few games (early ones) to get me hooked. I think Abyss finally did it, due to some humorous scenes and the character’s facial expressions in it. It also helped that it told a story of an anti-hero I haven’t seen done elsewhere before (main character REALLY screwing up majorly, and making amends for it

Don’t worry, first reveal trailers of Tales usually or often do not show any GUI or HUD, so it looks very different (Tales of Berseria’s first trailer’s battle scenes looked actually quite similar to this here) action-RPGy. I am sure it is not far removed from Berseria’s combat, which in my book was one of the best.

They are saving Mother 3 for a point in time where they need the gaming world to explode.

It’s gonna be for the style of the CD-i Mario games!

The trail of corpses following Edogawa Conan and the Mouri family didn't make police suspicious yet apparently.

If you only knew how long Detective Conan was in the making. It's one of the longest running animated series ever, if I'm not mistaken the TV series should have crossed the 1000th episode by now, and this is the 23rd theatrical movie.

Was that the camera that had a tendency to focus on the female characters’ butts in battles?

Is the “Peace” in this game the same peace promised to Taiwan in case of forceful annex... I mean... “peaceful unification”? (aka, we won’t do you any harm unless you resist, in which case we will do a lot of harm to you. Disclaimer: “resist” will be defined by us).

That’s like saying all of Picasso’s work “are the same”.

Kind of like the DS games on the Wii U Virtual Console.

You are, sadly, right.

I like Ori and the blind Forest for what it is, but after realizing that its creator/director is a huge asshole made me never look at it the same way again.

Which is too bad, as Order of Ecclesia is my favourite DS Castlevania. It was fresh (since most of the game is not set in the castle, and if you got the bad ending you never even get to see it), it didn’t feature a Belmont or relative thereof, and there was even an overworld map, and many different locations making
