I can see it schools being *good* at all three but being the best is pretty insane the more I think about it.

It looks like only 4 schools have done it at all and Florida achieved it in the shortest timeframe. The other 3 schools are Ohio State, Michigan and UCLA. Cal almost has it but only won 1 out of 2 rankings for football one year.
