Well, that's nice of you dude.

It appears, not completely. I followed the link and read up......and WP will just allow you to download/buy ring tones outside of Microsoft.

Nice enough, I guess, but still no mass storage mode, custom ring tones or Bluetooth file transfer, not to mention device encryption (that is, if they're remotely interested in taking on Blackberry in the corporate space).

Great post, fellas. Sure it's not really gadget/gizmo/tech stuff, but it made me laugh heartily this morning.

I caught the trailer on Ain't It Cool, and it's most definitely a trip into the Uncanny Valley.

Not ragging on Microsoft, but looking at their history of acquisitions, they have a pattern of buying a company and then running it into the dirt.

Of course cell phones can help others track you; haven't any of you seen Tony Scott's Enemy Of The State?

Although an interesting read, this was a Giz tech related article in what way...?

Well, it's going to suck for T-Mo customers if the deal goes through as planned.

If you don't want to subscribe to cable or Direct TV, your only two other options are: wait for the DVD season release or, of course, the torrents.

Boy, are you EVER wrong.

So, what, is Microsoft going to let AT&T control the destiny of their mobile fortunes?

Is it me, or does cloud music storage sound like a con job to anyone else?

It's nice, but $17 for what you rightly described as a fancily designed giant rubber band? A bit too steep for my blood.

Sorry, but this comparison was JUST as moronic as when Larry Kudlow did the same thing on CNBC.

Man, this sucks.

Verizon's service may be grand, but their pricing (for their smart phone and dumbphone plans) leaves much to be desired.

This is assuming, of course, that most people want the tablet version tied to the carrier data plan, which evidence of iPad 1 sales shows that most people don't.

Ditto about wanting increased storage on iOS devices. I'm using a Zune 80 for music listening, but I'm glancing over at the new gen iPod Touch...

Like others here, I don't agree with Mark Harris' argument either.
