The easiest way to read faster is to use a stylus to pull your eyes across the text, one of the things that slows down reading is your eyes jumping back and forth on the page, a moving stylus minimizes this movement. I would disagree that calling someone with an earned Doctorate by the title doctor is questionable. Would you not call an MD, doctor, because they don't have a Ph.D.? In addtition, a Ph.D. nurse in a medical setting would not be called doctor (of course, in a medical setting, doctor is a job title, not an

This only makes sense if you ACTUALLY invest that money. If you say, I'm not going to Olive Garden today and put an additional $50 into your investment account, then fine. But if you just avoid Olive Garden and don't invest additional money, you will spend that $50 somewhere and it will never become that $500. Then

"with which I am comfortable" while correct sounds a bit old-fashioned. A better solution would be to rewrite as "...then I am not comfortable with that learning curve."

If you aren't happy with the entree tell the wait staff and the manager will come over and make it right. If that doesn't happen then you can leave a crappy tip and never return to that restaurant. But if you don't actually express your complaint to someone they won't be able to fix it.

I think that "The Last Example" points up the absurdity of this idea. You will likely not spend more productive time at the conference because your hotel is closer. You will arrive for the first session of the day and you will leave after you've accomplished what you want to accomplish. What you WILL get for being
