I’m not going to call them premium until they return IRS to the brand.  Right now only the miata and cx5 have it and they are planning to kill it on the cx5 which is walking me away from the brand.

Are mechanics running into the same age gap issue that most trades have been dealing with for a while now? A lot of 55+ with eyes on retirement and not a lot of people available to back fill?

I see your 924 and give you the oft-forgotten ugly half-sister the 968:

The 944 was a complete improvement over the 928 IMO. I just never like the 914. And yes, the 356 is a bland blob.

I never saw the appeal of the Slantnose. I understand the functional aspect, but aesthetically, the proportions of the front end look wrong, and it trades a Porsche design signature for something that looks far more generic.

I think I’m actually more offended by the inclusion of the 914 and the 928 than the 356 which, I agree, kind of looks like an upside down bathtub on wheels.

356 (flame suit on), 914, and 928

Surprised I don’t see the new Civic (Si) or GR86...

I just watched this movie for the first time a few months ago. The story itself is lacking and the love triangle is def weird (or maybe just feels extremely dated) but the on-track racing action and video they captured is incredible. If you haven’t seen it, definitely watch this one and crank the volume during the

The hedline is incorrect. As in factually wrong. It needs to be fixed.

Yup, that’s exactly the issue. The dealership we are working with has their allocation of vehicles per month and Toyota only gives them one or two or zero of the XSE and then only a small percentage of that is the AWD.  The numbers are against us currently.  It also doesn’t help that Toyota cut Sienna production by a

I actually prefer the YouTube show over the CNBC one.

Over a month...over 3 months. lol. We have been on the waiting list for a Sienna XSE AWD for over a year. My wife has to have the sport model and AWD. Second rarest option set only behind the only 500 model run anniversary edition but you’d think a custom order would just have a place in line like everyone else right?.

I am entirely convinced that if all manufacturers offered online ordering then we would see a nice selection of car colors on the road other than white/black/silver, which is all the dealers want to order so they don’t get “stuck” with a car color they have a hard time finding the right buyer for.

Not trying to be deliberately contrarian, but I hear and read this sentiment about “returning to normal” across many different business segments. I don’t think anybody knows what “normal” will be yet post pandemic. But I have a sneaking suspicion that it doesn’t look like pre-pandemic.

Yeah, YouTube is where I catch the show. Really good stuff...

So people want to just pick & buy the car, but they still hate the dealer experience (which is still required for basically every order).

I wonder why people would rather do business online, rather than the standard dealership experience?

Critique the show as you like, but Jay is a car guy and knows his stuff.

Ohhh, for more shark tank? Thank God. How will society move forward without more fucking shark tank?
