I’m guessing it’s “Cute-Ute” + Toyota + Hybrid = popular combination in California. Probably they get a lot of people asking for them and have just this one in stock.

This reminds me of an old joke:
That was a Valiant attempt at humor that would not pass muster in high-class places like Aspen, Monaco, or Fifth Avenue.
Agreed - and while we’re at it, do a 4-wheel alignment after all those parts have been upgraded/replaced.
Upgrade tires, shock absorbers, maybe springs if the handling is soft. The ride quality might be firmer, which isn’t always bad, but the handling should be sharper.
RIP to a great sports car racer of the 1960's and a great driving instructor.
This is a famous quote attributed to Froilan Gonzales. Road and Track magazine once had it as their final-page “PS” picture back in the 1960's, with Gonzalez standing next to a wide (for its day) 1960's F1 tire:
Not me, but my father:
Mashed potatoes aren’t about flavor, as such- they’re about smooth, creamy mouth feel. It’s the gravy that gives mashed potatoes flavor.
Also, kinda weird how they’re always saying that college is an evil brainwashing factory that turns people into liberals, but now they’re mad that more guys don’t go to college?

If he’d gotten cast as Aunt Becky, he could have used his status as a Princeton and Yale alumnus to get his kids into those colleges. His kids are probably smart, too, unlike those airhead daughters of Lori Laughlin (which is admittedly a low bar).
Yes - for all the arguments about whether JFK’s short administration accomplished anything significant, I think the biggest thing he accomplished was avoiding nuclear war in Oct. 1962.
The 962 was already being raced by 1985, when Bellof’s fatal crash happened. Bellof was in a 956 (Shiesser team), but he was dicing for the lead with Jacky Ickx, who was in a 962 (Rothman’s livery, the factory team). IMSA recognized the need for more frontal crash protection and mandated a longer nose. The 962 was…
