Yeah, all that stuff is interesting but I can't bring myself to commit to any philosophy or religion. Better just to exist and enjoy the process, than to waste all your time trying to figure out why and/or how it all came to be.

Wouldn't that be sort of like, if a character in a video game, or The Sims or something of that sort, were to become self aware and try to hack the very game that conjured him into "existance"? Thoughts like that make me want to start smoking weed again LOL
Or how about the comics (might have been a limited series) where Spiderman died and came back like a zombie after going through some sort of wierd metaphysical journey possibly based on the old Greek myths about Hades.
