I find this very hard to believe. Does the Author of this article have any proof to back this up?

Meant a "sheer sliver" of parmesan

I was raised in Louisiana eating raw oysters by the dozens. Love them. Moved up near ATL and when we get them here, I bake them on the 1/2 shell w/ a dollop of Hubbys cocktail sauce, a slice of jalapeno, a drop of habenero sauce and topped w/ a squirt of lemon and a sheer slice of parmesan cheese.
